Cooked red beetroot
Goat’s cheese
Candied pecans

Instructions:
Top with beetroot, candied pecans and goat’s cheese
2 oz of sweetcorn
2 tbsp of MV the dressing
2 tbsp of mayonnaise
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tsp of oregano
1 tsp of smoked paprika
Instructions:
4 carrots, cut lengthwise, into four sticks
1 tbsp of oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tsp of oregano
1 tbsp of MV The Dressing
Crushed walnuts
Fresh parsley
Instructions:
Cook for 30 minutes, at 375F
Take them out of the oven and drizzle with MV The Dressing
Mix nicely and serve in a plate
